They might not be there in large numbers although I remember seeing a big walled city near Kempton Park. I was told that the Chinese live there. They are very self sufficient in their little town and hardly come out. They had huge satellite dishes and had their groceries delivred to their door. They even have their own schools. That was 10 years ago.
